All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds unless in the unlikely event that WrestleSlam is cancelled.

If a guest is forced to cancel then a suitable replacement will be made in their place. If you had purchased individual autograph or photograph tickets for that particular guest then they will be refunded. In the case of VIP packages the guest replacement will take the place of the original guest in the package.

If a suitable replacement cannot be found in time for the event, then in addition to all people who purchased individual tickets for that wrestler being refunded, people who have VIP packages will be refunded the neccessary costs as it works out within the package price. Costs within the package work out at the following:

VIP Package.

General Admission: £15

Sid Justice: £20

All remaining wrestlers work out to £7 each (a generous rounded off figure), after taking into account 8x10 photos, event poster and all other perks associated with this ticket option.

Once you purchase your tickets they are your responsibility. No tickets will be mailed out prior to the event, you will receive a confirmation email that you will need to present a print-out of on the day of the event at the venue (along with matching ID) in exchange for your tickets. You must have the confirmation email. There are no exceptions to this.

As much as we will endeavour to accommodate each and every fan, this event will be capacity controlled due to health and safety regulations put in place by the venue. This means that there will be a limit to the number of people allowed in the building at any one time. As a result of this we will be limiting the number of General Admission Tickets that will be sold.

Autograph and photograph tickets do not include entry into the venue. A General Admission Ticket is required (per person) to gain entry into WrestleSlam. General Admission Tickets will enable you to leave and enter WrestleSlam as you please throughout the day. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you receive all of the photographs and autographs that you purchased tickets for before the end of the event.
